the world’s ugliest dog in 2018
A 9-year-old Bulldog dog was named the world’s ugliest dog in 2018 in the Bay Area.
The Za Ze won the title Saturday night at the Sonoma Marin Gallery in Petaluma, California.
The owner of the dog, Megan Brenner, from Anoka, Minnesota, will receive an award of $ 1,500.
Brendard found the dog “Za Za” in a pet search website, according to contest data.
In this competition, dogs boast of their ugliness, from hair fall to hanging tongues.
The dogs walk with their owners on a red carpet, and a jury awards the prize.
Among the contestants were smooth-skinned “dachas”, a mix of wrinkled skin and a bikini puppy named Wild Thing.
The competition is usually held on Friday evening, but the organizers have decided to postpone it to Saturday in an effort to attract a larger audience.
